Collections from Warehouse


If you live in Canberra you can arrange to collect your goods from the warehouse.


If you are ordering from interstate you can still arrange collection by entering a dummy postcode of 2600 with your address. 


Collections are available on THURSDAYS only between 11-4PM unless otherwise arranged. 


All goods need to be purchased online via the website prior to collection. Payments are not taken at the warehouse.


Please ensure you attend with an appropriate vehicle.  Whilst we will assist you with loading of equipment it is your responsibility to ensure goods are safely transported. 


Risk of goods passes when loaded onto your vehicle.





We ship with a variety of companies including TNT, MainFreight, Allied and Australia Post to name a few.

Our freight calculator automatically includes levies for tail lift services and domestic addresses.

If you have access to a forklift or are a commercial address please contact us for a custom freight quote.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some remote destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We ship via multiple couriers and freight companies including but not limited to Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please and MainFreight.  We will always ship by the most cost effective method available to you.

If you experience any difficulties with freight please contact us immediately and we will solve the issue ASAP.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based or based on a cubic rate. The weight of most items  can be found on its detail page.  Some large or bulky items may however attract a hnadling fee.  That fee will be added to the shipping cost.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
